Job summary

2020 Companies seeks a Team Lead (Spanish bilingual preferred) to grow and manage a team of Energy Pros representing Reliant Energy. You will train, coach, and mentor reps, delivering sales training, brand awareness, and product knowledge while driving personal and team sales performance.

You will oversee multiple retail locations, motivate a Sales Associates team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales targets and coaching for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Experience leading retail sales teams in big-box environments.
• Ability to train and mentor reps on sales techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations in retail big box stores.
• Motivate and lead Energy Pros to engage customers with Reliant solutions.
• Teach reps to uncover needs, offer catered energy solutions, and overcome objections.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.
