Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking an energetic Energy Sales Specialist to promote Reliant energy services at retail and events in Texas. You will drive enrollments, build relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers weekly pay with base plus uncapped commissions, with top performers earning more; bilingual (English/Spanish) is required and prior retail/event sales experience is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
• Six months or more of sales/retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers.
• Help customers lower energy costs in your community.
• Identify customer needs and handle objections.
• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates.
• Hit monthly/weekly sales goals and celebrate wins.
• No door-to-door, cold calling, or telemarketing.
