Strong English/Spanish communication is required, with oversight of multiple retail locations. The role offers hourly pay with a weekly bonus potential, daily training, uncapped commissions, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated long-term excellent sales performance.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of multiple locations in retail big box stores.
• Motivate a team of Sales Associates to engage with consumers about Reliant solutions.
• Assess client needs and find opportunities to improve energy efficiency.
• Teach your Energy Pros to uncover consumer desires and deliver catered solutions.
