Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to drive client success.

Flexible, full- or part-time schedules are available with competitive pay and benefits. A high school diploma is required, RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain it, and reliable transportation to travel

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Pass background check and have reliable transportation with ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
