Viking Client Services, LLC seeks a Spanish bilingual Claims Agent to contact insurers and renters to resolve damage claims. You will guide Spanish-speaking customers from report to resolution, applying deep claims knowledge for timely settlements and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 1–3 years in collections, claims, car rental or subrogation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the sole point of contact for a portfolio of claims and guide Spanish-speaking customers from initial report to final resolution.
• Apply claims knowledge to navigate issues and ensure timely settlements.

• Manage case portfolios to meet or exceed monthly performance goals.

Responsibilities:

Act as the sole point of contact for a portfolio of claims, guiding Spanish-speaking customers from initial report to final resolution.

Apply your deep claims knowledge and expertise to navigate complex issues and ensure timely settlements.

Leverage your excellent communication skills to build trust with customers and provide an outstanding service experience.

Actively manage your case portfolio to achieve and exceed monthly performance goals

• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
• Track and manage account activity in our system
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with other team members

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

• 1-3 years of relevant collections, claims, car rental and/or subrogation experience
• Proven track record of top-tier performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal driven environment

• Computer savvy

This is a REMOTE position. You are required to work on camera and must have a secure environment that is free of distractions.
