Job summary

Viking Client Services, LLC is seeking a Subrogation Agent—REMOTE to join our fast-paced collections team from anywhere in the United States. You will contact insurers and renters to resolve damage claims, negotiate settlements, and track activity in our system.

This remote role offers $20 per hour, structured training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in subrogation/collections, strong negotiation skills, and a driven, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant subrogation, collections, claims, and/or car rental experience.
• Proven track record of top-tier performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
• Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
• Track and manage account activity in our system
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

This is a REMOTE position. You are required to work on camera and must have a secure environment that is free of distractions.
