Responsibilities include observing children, preparing learning spaces, supporting individual and small-group activities, and building warm relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• In this role you will work with children aged 1.5–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• You should be collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about early childhood education.
• You should have a genuine love for working with young children and an interest in Montessori methods.
