Guidepost Montessori is hiring a Spanish Assistant Guide for our Williamsburg classroom. You will support a toddler program (ages 2-3) in a calm, engaging environment designed to nurture independence and confidence as children explore at their own pace.

The role includes preparing learning spaces, facilitating individual and small-group activities, and building warm relationships with children and families. We offer Montessori diploma training sponsorship and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with children ages 0-3 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
