Guidepost Montessori in Folsom, CA is seeking a Spanish Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children 18 months to 6 years. You will help nurture independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in a warm, inclusive environment.

You will assist in preparing engaging spaces, supporting individual and small-group activities, and collaborating with Lead Guides and families to foster a strong classroom community.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 1.5–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in Montessori approach (prior Montessori experience welcome but not required).

Responsibilities

• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual needs.
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment.
• Support individual and small-group learning activities
