Guidepost Montessori in Williamsburg, NY, is hiring a Spanish Assistant Guide to support a Toddler classroom in our Spanish Immersion program. You’ll help nurture independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in children aged 2-3 within a Montessori framework.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll observe, prepare learning spaces, facilitate small-group activities, and build warm relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach.

Responsibilities

• Observe children to understand and support individual needs.
• Help prepare and maintain an orderly classroom environment.
• Support individual and small-group learning activities.
