Guidepost Montessori is hiring an Assistant Guide to support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children 0–6 years old. You will help prepare learning spaces, assist in activities, and build trusting relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience with children aged 3–6 in a school or childcare setting.
• Positive, adaptable, collaborative mindset.
• Genuine love for working with young children.
• Interest in Montessori approach; prior Montessori experience welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Observe children to understand and support their individual needs.
• Help prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment.
• Support individual and small-group learning activities.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to strengthen classroom community.
