Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Spaceport Operations Supervisor in Starbase, TX to manage housing, transportation, site amenities, and guest services. You will lead and train a team, implement customer service strategies, and develop processes to scale operations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This role requires 3+ years of leadership in hospitality or transportation, willingness to relocate to Starbase, and up to 85% travel to Moon Corps sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years leadership experience preferred in hospitality or transportation.
• Advanced knowledge of customer service and problem resolution.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Spaceport operations including housing, transportation, and amenities.
• Set standards and inspect areas to ensure quality and consistency.
• Train staff on customer service and guest issue resolution.
• Enforce safety practices with staff and leads.
• Coordinate time management and scheduling for the team.
• Monitor finances to drive revenue and reduce costs.
• Develop training materials and onboard new hires.
• Collaborate with Spaceport Development, Facilities, Culinary, and Hospitality teams.
