Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Spaceport Operations Supervisor to lead housing, transportation, and site amenities across Moon Corps operations. You will drive customer service strategies, train staff, and ensure safety and quality as the operation expands.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, and onboarding, while coordinating with spaceport development teams to boost morale and productivity at a demanding, multi-site operation. Relocation to Starbase, TX is required.

Qualifications

• BASIC: High school diploma or equivalency; 3+ years leadership in hospitality or transportation.
• PREFERRED: 5+ years leadership in hospitality/transport; open new operations; strong customer service knowledge; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Spaceport operations including housing, transportation, and amenities.
• Train staff on customer service and problem resolution.
• Monitor quality and enforce standards across sites.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and onboarding of new staff.
• Coordinate with development and facilities teams to support operations.
