Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Spaceport Operations Supervisor to lead housing, transportation, site amenities, and guest services for our spaceport facilities. You will shape customer service strategies, train staff, and drive operational procedures to support SpaceX's mission at Starbase, TX.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality and transportation experience, plus the ability to manage high-volume, complex operations in a high-stress environment with up to 85% travel to Moon Corps sites as

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or transportation.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality (preferred).
5+ years leadership experience in hospitality or transportation (preferred).

Responsibilities

Oversee Spaceport operations including strategy and execution leasing/traveller housing program, transportation and amenities.
Monitor quality and consistency of Spaceport operations by setting standards and inspecting areas.
Train staff on customer service and problem resolution.
Enforce safety practices with staff and leads.
Coordinate and enhance time management for team.
Manage performance for Spaceport Operations staff.
