Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Spaceport Operations Specialist to lead housing accommodations, hotel operations, transportation, site amenities, and guest services at our Spaceport facilities in Texas.

You will develop and implement customer service strategies, train staff, hire and onboard talent, manage scheduling and payroll, and uphold safety standards to ensure morale and productivity across operations.
