Job summary

Axiom Space is recruiting an Agile Project Manager for spaceflight programs to lead planning, execution, and sustainment of hardware and software development projects. Onsite at our Space Station Development Facility, you will manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with product managers to ensure value-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, project management, or related field.
• Experience in managing very large, complex programs or projects with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop program plans tying PBS, OBS, WBS, and Risk Register.
• Establish schedule, cost, resource, and scope baselines.
• Lead cross-functional planning, align with product managers and engineering.
• Ensure integrated schedule from concept to delivery at multiple levels.
• Identify and mitigate risks to timelines and milestones.
• Define program metrics aligned with business goals and benefits.
