Axiom Space is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Analyst to lead agile hardware and software development projects for spaceflight. This onsite role at the Space Station Development Facility requires coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

You will manage schedules, risk, and stakeholder communications while navigating complex program activity from concept through delivery, with an emphasis on value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, project management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop program plans and planning products tying PBS, OBS, and WBS.
• Establish schedule, cost, resource, and scope baselines.
• Ensure financial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Create integrated schedules at product, system, and module levels.
• Lead planning sessions focused on value outcomes.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Navigate engineering lifecycle from concept to delivery with engineers.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines.
• Align with program integration team within portfolio framework.
• Define metrics aligning with business goals and objectives.
• Drive standards to support system and implementation.
• Track realization of strategic benefits.
