Job summary

Barrios Technology is seeking a Technical Production Planner II to join our aerospace-focused team. The role centers on building and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera P6, performing CPM analyses, and translating shop-floor updates into actionable schedule revisions.

The candidate should have a BS STEM degree with 5+ years in production planning or scheduling, strong Excel data modeling skills, and experience in aerospace environments.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum five years of applicable experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills for interfacing with customers and teams.
• Experience with CPM analysis, scheduling, and critical-path identification.
• Familiarity with EVM, capacity planning, and CRP in enterprise planning tools.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or high-complexity assembly environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather status updates from production technicians and translate into lead-time projections.
• Perform CPM analysis and identify schedule drivers to prevent delays.
• Own and optimize the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Primavera P6.
• Lead look-ahead meetings and develop recovery plans for constraints.
• Generate schedule health metrics for program managers and leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain sequencing and resource loading.
