Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to manage manufacturing schedules across our spacesystems programs in Washington. You will coordinate daily planning, balance production and test loads, and communicate constraints to cross-functional teams to keep critical milestones on track.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing scheduling, ERP/MRP systems, and strong communication. A robust attention to detail and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in manufacturing or production environment.
  • 7+ years in planning & scheduling role.
  • Schedule management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience using and managing ERP/MRP systems.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, maintain, communicate and drive the schedule to ensure on time delivery for service centers and integrated areas.
  • Schedule management throughout the day to maintain a dynamic, accurate schedule and clearly communicate status.
  • Coordinate the schedule, plan, and initial staging of material/kits to production and test areas.
  • Communicate upcoming work center load (capacity planning) to area leads.
  • Identify and communicate constraints in the production flow and discuss solutions with area leads.
  • Interface and connect with internal customers for potential impact or delays in the schedule.
  • Manage Work Order (WO) instances from creation to completion.
  • Coordinate activities across value stream - supply chain, engineering, manufacturing.
  • Interface and communicate with program and operations on manufacturing progress and schedule risks.
