Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Lunar Production Control Specialist for all shifts on the Space Coast, FL. You will evaluate schedules, coordinate material flow, and release shop orders in the MRP system to meet production.

You’ll work cross-functionally with warehouse, quality, procurement, engineering, and program teams to keep parts moving and resolve shortages. The role requires 2+ years in supply chain, MRP experience, strong MS Office and ERP skills, plus a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supply chain experience.
• Experience with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Experience with planning and/or scheduling activities.
• Excellent written/verbal communications skills and ERP proficiency.
• LEAN and Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing schedule and coordinate availability and flow of materials to meet customer requirements.
• Perform shop order release/closure in MRP system and reconcile parts.
• Provide detailed status of work in progress, material availability, and communicate constraints to schedule.
• Prepare work orders for production based on master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity with warehouse, inspection, quality, operations, purchasing, engineering, logistics and program.
• Schedule and expedite movement of parts by move orders, stock transfers and shipping requests.
• Monitor velocity of jobs through production line and ensure on-time completion.
• Monitor disposition of MRB and stranded material; resolve discrepancies.
• Enter material transactions in ERP system.
• Prepare for, conduct and assist in cycle counts.
