The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have over five years of experience in program scheduling, familiarity with tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project, as well as outstanding analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program scheduling/planning and controls.
• Experience with integrated master schedules with resource loading.
• Experience and comfort with working in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Program Schedules within the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Partner with technical leadership to support resource loading.
• Support change management initiatives that keep programs agile.
