Qualifications

  • B.S. degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Industrial experience in core polymer areas.
  • Deep technical understanding of polymer chemistry.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong understanding of chemical storage and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and qualify application processes for thermal protection systems.
  • Plan and execute process qualification campaigns.
  • Establish critical surface preparation methods.
  • Author and execute detailed process specifications.
  • Manage testing programs and technical relationships.
