Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a highly capable Flight Safety Engineer in Huntsville to support regulatory compliance for the New Glenn program. You will lead flight safety analyses, debris risk assessments, and probability of failure studies to enable government certifications with FAA and USSF.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with flight safety analysis and Part 450.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory approvals for the New Glenn program.
• Perform trajectory analysis and debris risk assessments.
• Model probability of failure and population risk for certification.
• Generate clear, well-documented technical reports of analyses.
