Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an Associate - Technician to support fabrication work centers, contributing to manufacturing, production, logistics, and facilities in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to safety and detail will help ensure safe human spaceflight.

The role focuses on setup of production areas, material handling, and continuous improvement within the Test & Flight Fabrication team that fabricates and tests pipe & pneumatic systems for test stands and cells.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with basic hand tools and assembly processes.
• High School diploma, GED, or time-equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Pipe and hanger fabrication support and material handling.
• Assist with setup of new production work areas and equipment configuration.
• Operate material handling equipment to facilitate production processes.
• Support continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain clean work areas and support 5S and FOD prevention.
