Qualifications

  • AM machine operation expertise and maintenance tasks.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and shop skills.
  • Attention to detail and safe work practices.
  • Experience with 5S methodologies and shop cleanliness.
  • Experience with Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention.
  • Committed to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve additive manufacturing machines to maximise part quality, uptime and throughput.
  • Meet quality and schedule expectations.
  • Track consumables and alert when supplies are needed.
  • Collaborate on AM process improvements.
  • Follow file systems and maintain traceability for repairs and incidents.
  • Maintain AM ancillary equipment and document accordingly.
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting of AM equipment.
