Job summary

Oho Group in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Technician to build and validate flight hardware, with strong PCB assembly, integration and test experience. The role works alongside Electrical and Manufacturing Engineers to assemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and test complex electronic systems destined for space.

Responsibilities include PCBAs assembly and rework, fine-pitch soldering, harnessing, bring-up support, and component-level troubleshooting using oscilloscopes and DMMs; reading

Qualifications

• Experience assembling and testing PCBAs or electronic hardware in high-reliability environments (aerospace/defense/medical devices).
• Strong SMT and through-hole soldering skills.
• Experience with PCB inspection, rework, and component-level troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with IPC standards.
• Experience working in ESD-controlled environments with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate, and rework complex PCBAs to aerospace standards.
• Perform fine-pitch soldering, wiring, harnessing, and connector termination.
• Support hardware bring-up, functional testing, and fault diagnosis.
• Troubleshoot PCBAs to component level using oscilloscopes, DMMs, and other test equipment.
• Interpret schematics, assembly drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware issues and improve manufacturability.
• Maintain quality, ESD, and traceability standards throughout production.
