Job summary

Blue Origin in the United States seeks an engineer to lead the development and integration of thermal control systems for the Blue Moon Crew Lander as part of the HLS team. You will design, build, test, and verify Active Thermal Control fluid routing.

Requires a BS in mechanical or aerospace engineering, 3+ years in thermal or mechanical engineering, 3D CAD experience (Creo preferred), and hands-on hardware testing.

Qualifications

• B.S. in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• 3 years of relevant Thermal/Mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong 3D CAD design and integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing and production support for your hardware.
• Provide technical guidance for integration.
• Apply practical approaches to hardware fabrication and cost impacts.
• Create test plans, specifications, and other documentation for the development of flight hardware.
• Plan, coordinate, conduct tests, and review test data.
• Maintain and report on activity schedule, budget and technical status.
