Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Florida is seeking a Certified Test Conductor (CTC) to lead mechanical test operations for the Orion program. The role ensures safe, disciplined execution of test procedures, maintains test inputs/outputs integrity, and coordinates test-support coverage across rotating 24/7 shifts.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, preparing hardware and instrumentation, leading acceptance and environmental tests, and acting as the PIC to document results and corrective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field and 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to perform reliably in a 24‑hour operational environment with rotating shifts.
• Ability to lift test equipment (up to 40 lb) and work at heights or confined spaces.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and approve detailed test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Prepare all test hardware, ground-support equipment, and instrumentation.
• Lead execution of acceptance, environmental, and ground servicing tests across levels.
• Serve as the PIC for test-execution activities and document results and corrective actions.
• Provide in-person test support for a 24 x 7 program on a rotating schedule.
