Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a senior structural analyst to design and analyze the Lunar Transportation structures under the HLS program. You will develop and validate FE models, assess loads, and deliver reliable, test-backed results for safe human spaceflight.

Applicants should have a 5+ year background in aerospace structural analysis, with experience in Nastran/Ansys/Abaqus and Creo Parametric. On-site US role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in mechanical, aerospace or civil engineering.
• 5+ years of experience at level 2.
• solid fundamentals in structural static/dynamic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze load paths from concept to drawing release.
• Assess primary and secondary spacecraft structures.
• Integrate structural analysis with loads and dynamics.
• Develop, refine, validate and correlate FE models to tests.
• Produce strength analysis reports and test plans.
• Support configuration development and trade studies.
