Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Spacecraft Simulation Software Engineer to help build and extend our spacecraft, constellation modeling, and simulation software with a focus on multi-physics, high-fidelity simulation.

This 3-month temporary engagement offers a hands-on path to grow within a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team. Denver or Long Beach locations, hybrid work with on-site requirements near Denver/Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, physics, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Write well-structured, efficient code using modern C++ (C++17/20).
• Contribute to multi-physics simulation libraries for spacecraft systems modeling.
• Develop and test time-stepping algorithms, solvers, and integration schemes for real-time simulations.
• Maintain libraries with APIs in Python and C++ for internal use.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan missions and perform trade-space analyses.
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning to meet software quality standards.
