Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design electrical system architectures for next‑gen space vehicles. You will work under senior engineers on system-level development, reliability analysis, and integration of power, data, and control across spacecraft.

Collaborative, hands-on role emphasizing aerospace electrical engineering and systems thinking with exposure to design reviews and test activities.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2–7 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, power electronics, and electrical systems.
• Experience with schematic capture and CAD tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical system architectures and block diagrams for spacecraft avionics.
• Create and maintain system-level docs: diagrams, wiring, interfaces.
• Perform FMEA activities and support risk assessments.
• Review components and COTS datasheets to support selections.
• Plan component qualification and evaluate environmental specs and derating.
• Design circuits for avionics: power supplies, sensors, control circuits.
• Create schematics, BOMs, and drawings with CAD tools.
• Conduct circuit analysis and power budgeting; assist tests.
