Job summary

E-Space in Arlington, TX is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to identify and attract top technical talent for our space-grade IoT initiatives. You will partner with the Head of Global Recruiting and satellite engineering teams to fill critical roles across engineering, manufacturing and operations.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, build talent networks, and implement sourcing strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliant hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter in satellite, space, aerospace & defense or semiconductor industries.
• Technical ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.
• Familiarity with AI-based sourcing tools and ATS and resume databases.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate attraction best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and HR/compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting across technical, manufacturing, operations, and/or engineering roles.
• Develop sourcing plans, build talent pools, and calibrate assessment strategies with hiring managers.
• Maintain market intelligence and a network of potential candidates through proactive research.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and execute sourcing, engagement, assessment, and closing.
• Advise and challenge hiring managers to achieve goals and understand technical requirements.
• Generate recruitment ideas and update processes to improve talent acquisition.
• Use metrics and reporting to share updates and guide search progress.
