Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content development, corporate communications, marketing communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Experience developing content for internal and external audiences.
• Strong interviewing and storytelling skills with ability to translate technical information into compelling narratives.
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and publish content for internal and external audiences across digital and print channels.
• Identify and develop meaningful stories that highlight people, technology, missions, milestones, and priorities.
• Translate highly technical concepts into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Develop content for employee communications, intranet articles, newsletters, and executive messaging.
• Create external-facing content including website copy, blogs, customer stories, marketing collateral, social media, and press materials.
• Support executive communications with presentations, talking points, and speeches.
• Manage content from concept through publication, ensuring alignment with branding and priorities.
• Collaborate with design, digital marketing, events, and other partners for integrated campaigns.
