Job summary

Intuitive Machines in Houston, TX is seeking a Marketing & Communications Operations Specialist to drive the operational execution of the company’s marketing programs, customer engagements, and executive events.

You will partner with Business Development, Operations, Facilities, and Engineering to plan, coordinate, and execute high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced, technical environment, ensuring adherence to brand standards and repeatable processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or corporate communications.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, or operational activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities supporting the Marketing & Communications function.
• Maintain calendars, schedules, project trackers, production timelines, and other visibility tools.
• Coordinate development and production workflow for marketing collateral, digital assets, and presentations.
• Maintain the corporate marketing asset library and brand resources.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies on purchases, schedules, and invoices.
• Assist with operational tracking and reporting for marketing activities.
