Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content development, corporate communications, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Experience developing content for internal and external audiences.
• Strong interviewing and storytelling skills to translate technical information into engaging narratives.
• Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and publish compelling content for internal and external audiences across digital and print channels.
• Identify and develop meaningful stories that highlight people, technology, missions, and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers and business leaders to translate technical concepts into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Develop content for employee communications, intranet articles, newsletters, and leadership messaging.
• Create external-facing content including website copy, blogs, customer stories, and marketing collateral.
• Support executive communications through presentations, talking points, and speeches.
• Manage content from concept through publication and ensure alignment with brand voice.
• Maintain editorial calendars and prioritize content needs across the organization.
• Review and edit communications for clarity, accuracy, tone, and audience suitability.
• Monitor content engagement and identify opportunities to improve future communications.
• Support communications for major company initiatives and milestones.
• Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen storytelling and brand awareness.
