• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional content development/communications experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading with adaptable messaging.
• Experience creating content for internal and external audiences.
• Strong interviewing and storytelling skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with content management systems and digital platforms.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and publish compelling content for internal and external audiences across digital and print channels.
• Identify and develop stories highlighting people, technology, milestones, and priorities.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Create content for employee communications, intranet, newsletters, executive messaging, and company updates.
• Produce external content including website copy, blogs, customer stories, marketing collateral, social media, and event communications.
• Support executive communications with presentations, talking points, and speeches.
• Manage content from concept through approval and publication.
