Job summary

MTSI in Huntsville, AL seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the Ground and Fire Control Team for the Space Based Interceptor program. You will provide mission-level technical leadership and guide planning, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of complex system-of-systems capabilities while advising government stakeholders on requirements and CONOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 15 years related experience.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility; SAP/CAP access.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams under defense/program constraints.
• Experience with space/defense system development, integration, and T&E.

Responsibilities

• Provide mission-level technical leadership for SBI Ground and Fire Control efforts.
• Lead end-to-end system integration and test planning across space and ground segments.
• Evaluate contractor proposals and architectures to ensure mission alignment.
• Manage risk, ensure MOSA/cyber standards, and coordinate across government and contractors.
