The Aerospace Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Systems Director to lead the Space-Based Interceptor Space Segment Engineering for the SBI program. This role will guide the segment's technical direction, coordinate with the SBI Program Office and government customers, and mentor a growing team of engineers.

The position requires a STEM bachelor's, 12+ years of experience, and active TS/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical area of study.
• 12 or more years of relevant professional or educational experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for interactions at all levels of corporate and government leadership.
• Proven leadership ability to operate strategically, including leading teams contributing to strategic objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizations and manage competing priorities.
• Track record of delivering results through effective delegation while holding oneself accountable for results.
• This position requires a current and active TS/SCI security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government.
• U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
