The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Space-Based Interceptor Launch Integration and Operations Engineering Lead to oversee end-to-end integration across space, ground, and user segments for SBI programs. You will manage requirements verification, interface control documents, and test campaigns to ensure mission success.

Ideal candidates have extensive T&E experience, knowledge of DoDI processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, federally funded environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Test and Evaluation and verification of space-to-ground interfaces.
• Experience with DoDI Test and Evaluation processes and documentation.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems integration and test activities across space, ground, and user segments.
• Coordinate requirements verification and traceability from concept to operations.
• Develop SIPs, STIPs, SEPs, and manage ICDs and interfaces.
• Lead developmental and operational test campaigns and analyze results.
• Support Agile/DevSecOps practices for space-to-ground systems and CI/CD pipelines.
