Job summary

Apex Technology, Inc. is hiring for a cybersecurity professional who will own and contribute to the authorization posture of space vehicle systems and a classified cloud mission environment.

You will develop RMF packages, manage POA&M, and sustain continuous monitoring across a fleet, ensuring compliance with CNSSI 1253 and SPARTA-based tailoring. The role spans from entry to senior levels, requiring TS clearance, space/embedded or cloud experience, and the ability to implement controls as code

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with ability to access export-controlled data.
• Active TS clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility preferred.
• Experience with RMF, security compliance, cloud, or software engineering.
• Strong background in embedded/space systems or cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own or contribute to the authorization posture of space vehicle and classified cloud mission ops.
• Lead authorization ownership including boundary, CNSSI 1253 tailoring, and POA&M management.
• Define and document authorization boundaries for mission systems in classified cloud.
• Build evidence and control narratives, with CI/CD and OSCAL-based data models.
• Manage continuous monitoring, incident reporting, and DoD transition alignment.
