Job summary

Apex seeks a cybersecurity professional to own or contribute to the authorization posture of a space vehicle and a classified cloud mission operations environment. You will develop RMF packages, maintain POA&Ms, and lead continuous monitoring across fleets and ground segments.

The role spans Space Vehicle Segment, Classified Cloud Mission Operations, and Automation & Generation, requiring experience with RMF, CNSSI 1253 baselines, and evidence-driven control implementation. U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to access export-controlled data.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility preferred.
• Experience with RMF, security compliance, cloud or software engineering basics.

Responsibilities

• Own or contribute to the authorization packages for space vehicle and classified cloud mission ops.
• Define boundaries, tailor baselines, and coordinate assessment activities.
• Maintain POA&M, continuous monitoring, and evidence generation.
• Collaborate with mission engineers to ensure auditable controls.
