Job summary

EVONA is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Space Systems to lead one of our most advanced space programs, from design through Initial Operating Capability (IOC). You will orchestrate internal engineering teams and external partners across spacecraft development, payload integration, launch prep, ground segment integration, and mission ops.

Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Physics, CS, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years in technical program management, systems engineering, or engineering leadership.
  • Track record delivering spacecraft, satellites, launch vehicles, or complex multidisciplinary programs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical programs spanning multiple engineering orgs and external suppliers.
  • Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain one, preferred.
  • Lead execution on one of the company's most advanced space programs, full mission arc from design to IOC.
  • ITAR: This role is subject to US export control regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical program execution from preliminary design through launch, LEOP, on orbit commissioning, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate internal engineering teams and external partners across spacecraft development, payload integration, launch prep, ground segment integration, and mission ops.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to keep technical decisions, schedules, risk, and suppliers aligned to mission objectives.
  • Identify technical, schedule, and programmatic risk early and drive mitigation.
  • Manage complex schedules, dependencies, and critical path across the program.
  • Coordinate spacecraft integration and test campaigns, launch site activity, and mission readiness reviews.
