Vantor Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the Pulse spacecraft constellation program from concept through on‑orbit operations.

You will partner with spacecraft, payload, avionics, software, and mission ops teams to ensure on‑time delivery with technical excellence, balancing risks, schedule, and budget. You will drive integrated schedules, coordinate multi‑discipline teams, and provide governance updates to engineering leadership and executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex aerospace hardware development programs across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Experience managing technical programs from concept through launch and operations.
• Strong communication with engineers, leadership, customers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pulse constellation development roadmap from concept to sustained on-orbit ops.
• Coordinate activities across spacecraft, payload, avionics, software, mission ops and more.
• Develop and maintain integrated technical schedules and program plans.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution balancing performance, schedule and cost.
• Identify risks early and lead mitigation planning; report status to leadership.
• Prepare technical updates for engineering reviews and execs.
