Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a mid-level Integration and Test Engineer in Colorado Springs to perform software systems integration and system test for SDA missions. You will develop test plans, execute tests, track defects, and collaborate with engineers to ensure requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has SEIT experience, familiarity with SysML, and the ability to communicate with government customers. TS/SCI or Security+ are preferred; security clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree or completed within last 12 months in a relevant field.
• Active clearance or eligibility to obtain U.S. security clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and assist in developing detailed test plans, procedures and cases based on system requirements.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects through resolution.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance meets high standards.
• Communicate with government customers to validate requirements and clarify processes.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers and senior engineers to identify system requirements for Validation & Verification.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test method and potential problems.
• Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes with teams.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including SysML models.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the Test Automation suite.
