Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to support requirements analysis, system integration, verification, and deployment across the program lifecycle.

You will work with software, test, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met, assist with troubleshooting, and help coordinate multiple tasks to keep schedules on track. This is an opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment with a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Support systems engineering activities across the program lifecycle.
• Assist with technical planning, requirements analysis, and system documentation.
• Support system integration, verification, validation, and deployment activities.
• Work with software, test, and cross-functional engineering teams to help ensure system requirements are met.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and documenting findings.
• Help coordinate multiple engineering tasks to support program execution and schedule objectives.
• Participate in reviews, meetings, and team discussions in a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to preparation and maintenance of technical documents, reports, and presentations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering/CS fields
