Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior Specialist, System Integration and Test Engineer to lead test strategies for multi-system ground-based mission platforms from inception through verification and deployment.

The role requires coordinating with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to define and execute a comprehensive test plan, ensuring traceability from requirements to results and contributing to agile and DevOps practices on a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of related experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years, or 13 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

Execute all levels of testing (Integration, System and Acceptance).
Develop test plans, test cases, and testing scripts for manual and automated testing, maintain testing records, document and report problems.
Experience with TRR and test reports; document issues into bug tracking tools.
Lead test development and peer review with minimal supervision; ensure full test coverage.
Collaborate with SW development team; participate in project planning and daily scrum.
