Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Specialist, System Integration and Test Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO.

You will define complex test strategies for mission systems, coordinate with government stakeholders, and lead test development from inception through deployment. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 9+ years of related experience (or 7+ with graduate degree), and strong expertise in Agile/DevOps, MBSE, and test lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience, or equivalent.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Experience with all phases of software test life cycle.
Experience with MBSE Methodology.
Familiarity using AI tools to accelerate debugging, documenting, and development efforts.

Responsibilities

Execute all levels of testing (Integration, System and Acceptance).
Develop test plans, test cases, and testing scripts for manual and automated testing; maintain testing records and report problems.
Experience with Test Readiness Review (TRR) and test reports; document issues into bug tracking tool.
Lead test development and peer review activities with little supervision; ensure complete and accurate test coverage.
Collaborate with the SW development team and analyze user stories for validity and feasibility.
