Responsibilities

• Lead 20-25 engineering professionals; set priorities and growth plans.
• Provide technical direction for radiation modeling and space-environment analyses.
• Guide components engineering, materials selection, failure analysis, logistics, and planning across lifecycle.
• Lead trade studies and root-cause investigations; translate constraints into plans.
• Improve engineering standards and tools; communicate direction across teams.
• Bid work scope and ensure objectives are met across programs.
