Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Systems/EE/Mechanical/Physics or related STEM plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.
• Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sensor system performance and develop target detection algorithms.
• Support calibration planning and execution for space-based infrared systems.
• Define verification methods and success criteria across hardware and software.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, modeling, and test teams to ensure end-to-end system effectiveness.
• Contribute to system requirements definition and traceability.
• Assist in technical reviews and risk reduction efforts.
