Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with 9+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years professional CAD experience with Creo, SolidWorks or similar tools.
• Experience leading technical teams, managing cost and schedule performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop HW/mechanical designers with strong execution.
• Own mechanical architecture for new and existing products.
• Drive design reviews, enforce best practices, ensure CAD quality and docs.
• Collaborate with electrical, systems, manufacturing and product teams.
• Oversee schedules, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
• Ensure DFM, DFA and reliability considerations throughout design.
• Coordinate with suppliers and oversee prototypes and validation.
